Earthquake Strikes Near Temecula

There were no reports of injuries.

The U.S. Geological Society is reporting that a magnitude-3.6 earthquake struck near Temecula Thursday morning.

Caltech is also reporting the temblor.

The quake centered near Rainbow was reported at 6:29 a.m., approximately 5 miles southeast of Temecula, according to the U.S.G.S.
