The City of Lake Elsinore will host a free Arbor Day celebration. The event will include planting several trees in the park's Dog Play Area to provide shade for pets and their owners. Dogs are welcome to attend! Kids can also visit the Eco Fair's Discovery Stations to learn about the environment and make recycled crafts.
