Help H.O.P.E. Win $20K As Part Of Walmart's Fighting Hunger Campaign

You can cast a ballot every day until the competition ends.

There are around 170 food pantries nationwide in the running for an award of $20,000 from the Walmart Fighting Hunger competition, and Helping Our People of Elsinore (H.O.P.E.) is one of them.

The 170 qualified after submitting a written grant application, and 60 of them will ultimately win the $20,000 grant, according H.O.P.E. leader Ron Hewison.

As of Friday afternoon, H.O.P.E. was barely in the top 60, Hewison said. The pantries are competing for votes, and to cast a ballot takes seconds.
