Hot, Hot, Hot Weather To Return

Expect temperatures over 100 degrees ... again.

The brief cooling trend experienced in Lake Elsinore and Wildomar over the last few days will end, forecasters are predicting.

According to the National Weather Service, a high-pressure system will bring “very hot and dry” weather to the region starting this weekend, with daytime high temperatures likely to reach 104 degrees in Lake Elsinore by Monday.

By late next week, a cooling trend is expected, although temperatures are forecast to remain in the high 80s to low 90s, according to the NWS.
