Lake Elsinore Cancer Awareness Event Needs Volunteers

The following is a news release from the American Cancer Society:

Volunteers, cancer survivors and concerned citizens are invited to the American Cancer Society’s kickoff and meeting for the Relay For Life of Lake Elsinore, on Wednesday, May 8 at 6 p.m. at Trevi Entertainment Center,  located at 32250 Mission Trail in Lake Elsinore.  

The purpose of the Relay meeting is to recruit volunteers for the 24-hour event, which will be held on October 12-13 at Canyon Lake Middle School. Volunteers are needed to assist on the planning committee, serve as team captains, and work with cancer survivors.
