A power outage that affected customers in Lake Elsinore and Perris may be wind-related, a Southern California Edison spokeswoman said Monday evening.

The outage began at 3:57 p.m. Monday and affected 727 SCE customers, said Susan Cox, a spokeswoman for the utility. By 4:37 p.m., power was restored to all but 30 customers she said.

There is no estimated restore time for those who remain without power, Cox said.
