NAACP To Join In Perris African-American Celebration

City of Perris Black History Month Parade and Exposition
Parade starts at 4th and D streets. Judging area and stands are on E. San Jacinto Ave. The Youth and College Council of the NAACP Branch 1034 will participate in the Perris Valley African American Parade at the Perris City Park in Perris, Ca. After the Parade there will also be a table in the park set up with membership applications, voter registration forms and handouts for the kids.
