St. Patrick’s Day A-List Party In Lake Elsinore Tonight

Sláinte! Will there really be green beer?

“Only if someone brings it, but there will be beer and wine.”

That’s what Gail Williams had to say about tonight’s annual St. Patrick’s Day bash at Century 21 Premier Real Estate in Lake Elsinore.

Williams, who owns the Century 21 office, has been hosting the annual party for 19 years, and it’s one of “the” places to be seen in Lake Elsinore on St. Patty’s Day.

“Corned beef and cabbage, colcannon, red potatoes, carrots, and lots of desserts” are on the menu, Williams explained.

The party is known throughout Lake Elsinore as one of the big networking opportunities of the year. City leaders, business owners and school district officials all make annual appearances, offering everyone in the community a chance to make connections.

And the elbow rubbing is for a good cause.

“All the funds raised go toward high school scholarships,” Williams said, noting that Lake Elsinore Unified School District’s three high schools benefit.

Entry to the party is free, and everyone is invited. Williams said guests have a chance to bid on an array of gifts that have been donated from businesses and organizations throughout the community.

“That’s how we raise money,” Williams explained. “We raise about $700 o $900 each year.”
