$10,000 Reward Offered For Wildomar Bank Robber

The Latina robber is described as 35-45 years old, between 5'3" and 5'5" tall, weighing between 160 and 180 pounds.

U.S. Bank officials today offered a $10,000 reward for the arrest and conviction of the "Plain Jane” bandit, and five others this month.

The Latina robber is described as 35-45 years old, between 5’3” and 5’5” tall, weighing between 160 and 180 pounds.

She was wearing a blue T-shirt, sunglasses and a floral skirt when she walked up to a teller and demanded money. She indicated she had an accomplice waiting for her outside, according to FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller.

After receiving a wad of cash, the woman left the bank. Deputies arrived moments later but couldn't locate her. She may have used a gray four-door vehicle with a sunroof to make her getaway.

Hours before the Wildomar holdup, the bandit robbed a U.S. Bank branch at 5470 Beach Blvd. in Buena Park.

Her list of robberies include:

  • 7/12/12: U.S. Bank, 13372 E. Telegraph Rd. in Santa Fe Springs
  • 7/19/12: U.S. Bank, 13525 Whitter Blvd. in Whittier
  • 7/23/12: Chase, 14425 Moreno Beach Blvd. in Moreno Valley
  • 7/23/12: U.S. Bank, 12721 Moreno Beach Blvd. in Moreno Valley
  • 7/24/12: U.S. Bank, 5470 Beach Blvd. in Buena Park
  • 7/24/12: U.S. Bank, 23893 Clinton Keith Road in Wildomar

In all instances, she either slips tellers a note or verbally commands them to give her money, claiming she has an accomplice waiting for her, according to the FBI.
