Free Pancakes at Lake Elsinore IHOP

February 28 is National Pancake Day at IHOP, and in celebration Lake Elsinore’s famous House Of Pancakes on 18248 Collier Avenue is offering a free short stack of Buttermilk hotcakes on the big day.

“We are participating all day,” said Oscar Quinteros, manager of the Collier location. The store will be open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

In return for the comp meal, the restaurant is asking that guests leave a donation for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, which raises funds for 170 children’s hospitals across the country. The donation is not required.
