Furthermore, in the July 19 report, city staff is recommending noise level restrictions be implemented.

The Lake Elsinore Hotel & Casino is situated on property that abuts some residential areas. In Brady’s report to the planning commission, he attached a letter from a Wildomar resident who said she lives across the street from the Hotel & Casino and is concerned about noise and late-night foot traffic if the permit is issued.

In the July 19 report, city staff is recommending that, if the conditional use permit is approved, the project be reviewed by city staff at the end of September or sooner if there are any complaints about noise, traffic or other issues.
