Supervisor Bob Buster and his highly paid political consultants have chosen to insult our intelligence by mailing out pure pulp fiction to our homes regarding the 20-year incumbent's opponent, Assemblyman Kevin Jeffries (R-Lake Elsinore).
After 20 years in office, Buster fails to comprehend the most basic legislative process and procedures in Sacramento. Buster denies casting a deciding vote for the County to endorse the Governor's re-alignment program in March of 2011, which has resulted in the early release of thousands of convicted criminals into our community. Buster's vote is there as big as Bubble Up in the public record for everyone to read.
Buster attacks his opponent over abstaining on votes. Yet at the Board of Supervisors meeting on October 16, 2012, Bob Buster ABSTAINED on taking a public position against Prop 30, which, if passed, is a TAX increase on all of us. WOW Bob, don't your campaign signs state, "Protecting Taxpayers?"
Enough of these unethical attacks over 20 years, an overblown salary, and obscene six-figure pension for life on OUR dime. We will no longer be fleeced by snake-oil salesmen. Pack your bags Bob, we are evicting you from your office as of November 6, 2012.
