Time For Bob Buster To Pack His Bags

In my opinion, we taxpayers expect the truth from those asking us to hire them as our representatives in public office.

Supervisor Bob Buster and his highly paid political consultants have chosen to insult our intelligence by mailing out pure pulp fiction to our homes regarding the 20-year incumbent's opponent, Assemblyman Kevin Jeffries (R-Lake Elsinore).

After 20 years in office, Buster fails to comprehend the most basic legislative process and procedures in Sacramento. Buster denies casting a deciding vote for the County to endorse the Governor's re-alignment program in March of 2011, which has resulted in the early release of thousands of convicted criminals into our community. Buster's vote is there as big as Bubble Up in the public record for everyone to read.

Buster attacks his opponent over abstaining on votes. Yet at the Board of Supervisors meeting on October 16, 2012, Bob Buster ABSTAINED on taking a public position against Prop 30, which, if passed, is a TAX increase on all of us. WOW  Bob, don't your campaign signs state, "Protecting Taxpayers?"

Enough of these unethical attacks over 20 years, an overblown salary, and obscene six-figure pension for life on OUR dime.  We will no longer be fleeced by snake-oil salesmen. Pack your bags Bob, we are evicting you from your office as of November 6, 2012.

At Roberto & Jill http://murrietablog.blogspot.com/ So, McAllister has finished connecting the dots. He has shown us that we really did get the picture. The place to make money is to be on the inside helping to push the development of Murrieta and Southwest Riverside County. If you have no particular real estate development skills, it’s OK to sell your political position. (Actually Kevin Jeffries’s sell-out shows that this process has expanded to the entire County.)

@ Roberto LOOK here... http://losangeles.cbslocal.com/2011/07/01/official-calls-for-riverside-12-other-counties-to-secede-from-california/ Official Calls For Riverside, 12 Other Counties To Secede From California Riverside County Supervisor Jeff Stone apparently thinks so, after proposing that the county lead a campaign for as many as 13 Southern California counties to secede from the state. “A secessionist movement? What is this, 1860?” Brown spokesman Gil Duran told The Press-Enterprise. Riverside County Supervisor Bob Buster called Stone’s proposal a “crazy distraction.” “We should begin to get our own budget balanced, which we haven’t done yet, and put in place some of the reforms we need in this county before we try and go and restructure the government in the great state of California,” he told the Press-Enterprise. Officials fear the cut will cripple the new cities of Eastvale, Jurupa Valley, Menifee and Wildomar.

Roberto - Wildomar Voters Say No To Measure D; City's Parks Expected To Close http://lakeelsinore-wildomar.patch.com/articles/wildomar-voters-say-no-to-measure-d-citys-parks-expected-to-close Measure D fell to defeat with only 55.29 percent voting for the initiative. In order to pass, the initiative required a two-thirds vote. The Measure asked voters whether they were willing to incur an annual special tax of $28 to pay for their three parks -- Marna O'Brien, Heritage and Windsong.

www.evmwd.com/civica/filebank/blobdload.asp?BlobID=3519 Director Hyland stated that she has been violated by the other Board Members so much that she has to seek help from law enforcement. California Water Code on EVMWD’s ability to continue as a co-applicant for the LEAPS Project and that every effort is made to have this opinion presented to the Board by the next meeting. If the legal opinion does not support this, Director Hyland asked that EVMWD promptly withdraw from all aspects of the LEAPS Project and offer apology to The Nevada Hydro Inc. and a public apology to all of the residents of Lake Elsinore whose lives have been upset by the LEAPS Project. Director Hyland also stated her concern about the presence of Mr. Brown at the District for a legal meeting regarding the LEAPS Project held on March 10th. She stated that she had not been notified of any such meeting. Director Hyland also stated that she noticed another closed door meeting in the Conference Room upstairs on April 21st. She stated that she opened the door and saw two Best Best and Krieger attorneys, Mr. Lewandowski from The Nevada Hydro Inc., Mr. Joy from Sieman’s, Mr. Wysocki, lobbyist from Sacramento, Mr. Young, Director Anderson and Director Williams. Director Hyland stated that she is tired of these “closed session meetings” and will need to go to law enforcement agencies to get answers. Director Anderson congratulated the Public Relations Department on the recent awards

Pt 1 Kevin Jeffries For Supervisor??? http://www.thebugle.net/images/stories/webcbmay2011.pdf http://www.thebugle.net/index.php?option=com_content&view=section&layout=blog&id=11&Itemid=140&lang= A surgeon observed the easiest patients to operate on are Politicians. There’s no guts, no heart, no balls, no brains, and no spine, -- and the head and the ass are interchangeable. To see if you agree that this describes Kevin Jeffries perfectly read on and visit www.thebugle.net for more “Because You Asked” answers to public inquiries. One other important point is that he illegally used the title of fireman as a ballot designation for years - which is probably why he was ever elected to the Western Water District in the first place. When he ran for State Assembly using that ballot designation, which is only allowed if it is your profession, vocation or occupation, none of which is true for volunteer work that you do occasionally and especially when you can’t do the job and they assign you sit it out in a vehicle while the brave and dedicated volunteers do all the work. Ask the brave volunteers with the Department of Forestry in Lakeland Village about Jeffries’ performance and his photo ops. Anyway, the California Department of Forestry successfully sued Jeffries in 2006 for trying to use “Fireman” as his profession saying “we could not stand for voter deception”.

Pt 2 Kevin Jeffries For Supervisor??? http://www.thebugle.net/images/stories/webcbmay2011.pdf http://www.thebugle.net/index.php?option=com_content&view=section&layout=blog&id=11&Itemid=140&lang= “we could not stand for voter deception”. Jeffries having no profession, occupation or vocation to list as a ballot designation - remember he is a Lake Elsinore high school graduate from the days then the school had a very low rating for academic achievement - Jeffries assigned himself the title of “businessman”. He claims that title for helping his mother collect rents for commercial property that she inherited from a former husband. Worse, how about milking the Western Water District ratepayers for meeting stipends that you just show up for in order to be recognized and leave before the meeting even starts saying to Manager Rossi, “You can handle it from here.” When I witnessed this travesty and called the District they said there is no policy on how long you have to be at the meeting to get paid. It is just understood that you should attend the full session. Understood by honest public servants maybe but not this one apparently. Is Jeffries a real scum bag or what?
Roberto November 02, 2012 at 02:15 AM
Buster is going to be missed after 20 years of service but now we need parks, roads and someone who live here in soth-west riverside county. Good luck in your future endeavors over in the city of riverside Bob.

Kevin Jeffries EXPOSED!!! - Who He really is!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WWpt8cWVoxs WATCH THIS!!! - Volunteers Firefighters can NOT claim that to be a JOB!!! What a JOKE! Who could support this?
Winston Mason November 02, 2012 at 04:27 AM
Roberto - I've read most of your posts & I find that you post just to post without substance. All your posts are without any real depth. You posted there is no fire station & police for Horse thief canyon BUT there are those services there... WHY do you like posting stuff you do not know about? I mean I go & photograph this stuff & post it here! BUT you just don't know or you are just posting stuff like a teenager?? I think they call that TROLLIN'...?
Roberto November 02, 2012 at 04:37 AM
Winston, you a very funny. The desperation in your post's are transparent. I've known Buster and Jefferies for 20 years & Jefferies for at least 25 years. Buster's 20 year run is over and Jefferies is in. Keep posting, I'm enjoying the the cheap shots Ask Buster if he remember's his "Niggardly Old People" comment LOL!
Winston Mason November 02, 2012 at 05:53 AM
Roberto people have educated you here on this site over & over again & you still stick to your position about fake stuff you seem to make up out of no where... You never address any issue beyond a real sentence - it all seems like you are on this site just to create turmoil & you never address what people have taken the time to research real facts to help educate you & others... You just seem to ignore them & keep posting fake positions that lead no where... & then you call me DAVE out of no where - you never answered who is DAVE??? I asked & you never addressed this... I was joking about the 2001 space oddyssey comment because I didn't know who you are talking about... I still don't know why you post shallow stuff like "Go Jeffries!" sounds like you work directly for Jeffries & are paid to post "vote/Go Jeffries!" Just sounds silly from an average concerned citizen... It's more like activist... correct me if I'm wrong... Thanks for posting!
Winston Mason November 02, 2012 at 05:59 AM
^^^^^^^Activist POSTING ABOVE^^^^^^^^^^... What normal person would post this over & over again to every site & on every issue????? My guess is you are getting paid to post this stuff you work for Jeffries!!!! No Normal person would continue this day & night like you are doing...
Roberto November 02, 2012 at 06:42 AM
Winston, there is nothing I can say to make you change your mind nor you can say to change mine. In fact, I already voted. Well, if you really don't know Dave, then you really don't know Buster either. Buster is a registered Independent whose really a closet democrat. I miss the ole Max Stark-Garry Grant show at the board of Supes though LOL! The original niggardly old people whom he brought to the dais on a regular basis for quit sometime with his niggardly old people comment. BTW, can you give me directions to the Horse Thief Canyon Police Station? Fire Station? Hospital? etc. etc.
Winston Mason November 03, 2012 at 03:42 AM
Riverside County Sheriff with Helicopters & CHP patrol that area... (crime is low there the coverage is good!) Cal Fire & the Sycamore Creek Fire Station wait for fires right there...with Helicopters! Hospital would Corona Regional / Emergency Services Air Lifts. So what if Bob is an Independent... He has served the Riverside County very well & is a mature & thoughtful person who doesn't shoot from the hip. imho- I watched the debates the 2 had here on YouTube.com - & I found Kevins responses to be flipent - he made snarkey & snide remarks it is a sign of immaturity... When Kevin Jeffries tries to do that it shows that he may be out of his element. I've voted Republican forever but have voted for Bob (for 20 years) after meeting with him & seeing what he has supported & what he has done for the Riverside Communities - It's not to everyone's satisfaction I'm sure - Thanks for posting.
Roberto November 03, 2012 at 04:28 AM
1)Riverside County Sheriff with Helicopters & CHP patrol that area... (crime is low there the coverage is good!) (No Sheriff Station, no sub station no nothing) 2) Cal Fire & the Sycamore Creek Fire Station wait for fires right there...with 3)Helicopters:...Sycamore wasn't even a thought The place didn't even exist when HorseThief was built. 3) Hospital would Corona Regional / Emergency Services Air Lifts. LOL! This reminds me why Wildomar doesn't have parks in developments built in the last 20 years under Bob Buster. Thanks Winston, validates my vote for Kevo!
Roberto November 03, 2012 at 04:47 AM
Cut Supervisor Benefits: Supervisors are paid $143,000 per year and can certainly afford to pay for their own retirement. Eliminate taxpayer-subsidized pensions for elected Supervisors, replacing it with a self-funded 401-K program that taxpayers won’t be held responsible for. Stop paying Supervisors for attending meetings that are a part of their job. Giving “per diem” payments that can add up to thousands of extra dollars per year for attending meetings even in the same building as their office is indefensible. Lobbyist and Political Reform:
Roberto November 03, 2012 at 04:47 AM
Stop paying lobbyists $700,000+ a year for ineffective work in Sacramento and Washington DC. Riverside County needs to be engaged at the state and national level, but we should rely on our own internal expertise and staffing first, and re-evaluate the terms of our lobbying contracts. Require immediate, year-round, electronic public disclosure of any contribution of $1,000 or more to an elected county official or any candidates for county office. Reform Political Slush Funds Controlled by Supervisors: Taxpayer funded "Community Improvement Funds" are utilized by individual County Supervisors to assist non-profit organizations, many of which perform vital community services at significantly less cost than Government agencies. In the First District, we must reform the current system that enables political favoritism when determining who gets taxpayer dollars, and replace it with a merit-based application and evaluation system, possibly utilizing an independent volunteer committee that will consider grant applications, eliminating undue political influence. Prohibit Supervisors from directly distributing these taxpayer dollars to private organizations within 90 days of his/her re-election bid to prevent the appearance of vote-buying and political corruption.

He's already doing that - I'll include the video on another link... WHY do you post such stuff that is out of TOUCH??????
Winston Mason November 04, 2012 at 02:53 AM
Dude you are an ACTIVIST!!!! - Not a normal voter - WHY don't you run for office????? Although you don't seem to understand that NO ONE person controls the fate of RIVERSIDE there is a committee that votes for such things... For some odd reason you keep blaming one person for all the things you think are wrong with ALL OF RIVERSIDE?????? You are an ACTIVIST & MUST WORK for JEFFRIES!!!!! Your posts are not normal / or average..... (I've read most of your post on other topics & you are NOT informed!!!! this is true through out your post on the PATCH as others have had to educate you in simple matters with PROOF on their side with links & you still IGNORE THEM!!!?????) Only ACTIVIST would behave this way...! or PAID SHILLS!
Winston Mason November 04, 2012 at 02:57 AM
You seem to use LOL! a lot & I don't think you know what that means yet... You seem to use that when you don't know something... Please stop making issues where there are NONE... Your posts are for the un-informed to think you post real issues!!! You POST NON-ISSUES almost through out this FORUM - Others have educated you & you IGNORE their posts!!!! ???? WHY?
Roberto November 04, 2012 at 03:35 AM
Thanks for tutoring me in the way of the status quo Winston. I'm sure that excuses fix the county budget and cause it to balance itself.
Winston Mason November 04, 2012 at 08:19 AM
Sorry BUT when Kevin has a no vote record - HOW can he get things DONE?????? YOU already voted but for the folks that haven't... Here's a few videos for you. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z33uX95wjJU http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WWpt8cWVoxs Roberto - YOU are working for Jeffrries & there is NO DOUBT!!!!!! & Roberto is NOT your Real NAME since you are an ACTIVIST!!!!! ( what is so sad is that you have NO facts to back up any claims)......
Roberto November 04, 2012 at 09:39 AM
Thanks for the videos Winsty. I'm an activist? If this means I'm informed and know the incumbent and the candidate, I guess I'm an activist. Again, for the record... It was the Niggardly old people out here that is why Wildomar has no parks while development occurred? Quimby fees were not collected in lieu of having drainage ditches for parks? Of course this was all done for the children and the niggardly old people were blamed correct? LOL! Rember the 80% administration on parks in Wildomar before city hood? We remember very well and the County pawned Wildomar off as a City with no funding. The niggardly old people are either dead or gone yet ther is always someone like myself who remains to tell the true story how this mess was created. CSA's ?, CSD's? HOA's?...not many parks and no developer fees in South-West Riverside. Looks like someone is gone with the money and it's not the niggardly old people.
Winston Mason November 04, 2012 at 06:31 PM
Roberto - Sounds like you think you know all about what you say - BUT what you refer to - Keep repeating & you don't really know the WHOLE truth... I was on the board of incorporation & on the cutting edge of all the NEWs you speak of as if it was LOST... Roberto in order to get all the FEE's from DEVELOPERS.... There has to be some DEVELOPMENT to begin with... Wildomar is still a parking lot with lot's of open space & they like it like that... They don't want to be MURRIETA or Temecula - PURE CONGESTION!!! - Bob Buster helped bring traffic relief to Clinton Kieth Rd over pass in WILDOMAR!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f76J3uZCNXE&feature=plcp In this VIDEO WATCH! You still keep mentioning parks AGAIN - Voters in Wildomar don't want parks!!! RESIDENTS REFUSE to pay for the TAXES that help maintain parks... & you still mention this (That is ACTIVIST SPEECH- --You will NOT let FACTS in your posts here!?? ---ACTIVIST Speech!) Riverside county has nothing to do with this!
Roberto November 05, 2012 at 11:19 AM
You where? before you moved to Canyon Lake? There were about 30,000 residents when Wildomar incorporated. This means that the poor management, poor planning, poor planned open space, poor parks system are all Buster's fault. Now own up to it and quit blaming the niggardly old people as buster would say.
Roberto November 08, 2012 at 09:02 AM
