IS FREEDOM OF SPEECH ALIVE AND WELL IN LAKE ELSINORE? or stifled by City Councilman Peter Weber

Founding Father John Adams once said “Human nature itself is evermore an advocate for liberty. There is also in human nature a resentment of injury, and indignation against wrong. A love of truth and a veneration of virtue.  These amiable passions, are the "latent spark"... If the people are capable of understanding, seeing and feeling the differences between true and false, right and wrong, virtue and vice, to what better principle can the friends of mankind apply than to the sense of this difference?"

We had recently read in the Patch about political  signs disappearing in Lake Elsinore.  Most of the signs disappearing are Kevin Jeffries for Supervisor signs and the lesser known signs disappearing are "No Weber" signs.  We believe the "NO WEBER" signs mean no Peter Weber for Lake Elsinore City Council.    We had heard rumors about who was taking the signs but we don't belive rumors we always search for the truth and find the answers.    So being the Corruptions Busters we are, we decided to find one of these signs and we picked a "NO WEBER" sign on Graham across from the Chamber of Commerce building.   We enjoyed good conversation and coffee while watching the sign for a couple of hours and to our chagrin who do you think we captured on video taking the sign Councilman Peter Weber.  Peter Weber was wearing shorts, tennis shoes and a shirt walking toward the sign and ripped it down, he ran to his little white car and drove away.   We haven't caught the people who are taking down the Kevin Jeffries for Supervisor, but one day we will catch them in the act.  We believe as John Adams did, "TRUTH PREVAILS".

We are concerned about what we witnessed, when we watched City Councilman Peter Weber taking the "NO WEBER" sign for his own personal reasons and will he get in trouble for this probably not.    Peter Weber, a Lake Elsinore City Councilman and others are busy stiffling the voice of the people and taking our Liberty.   John Adams and so many others fought for justice and liberty for all which includes "FREEDOM OF SPEECH".    We have seen "NO 32", yard sale, guitar lessons, RV storage, maid service signs all around Lake Elsinore and why isn't Peter Weber taking those signs.   We are scratching our heads and asking, "WHERE'S THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH IN LAKE ELSINORE".
