Founding Father John Adams said “Human nature itself is evermore an advocate for liberty. There is also in human nature a resentment of injury, and indignation against wrong. A love of truth and a veneration of virtue. These amiable passions, are the "latent spark"... If the people are capable of understanding, seeing and feeling the differences between true and false, right and wrong, virtue and vice, to what better principle can the friends of mankind apply than to the sense of this difference?"
This quote by John Adams is important to us because we are always looking for the truth and watching for right and wrong.
We had recently heard about political signs being torn down in Lake Elsinore. Some were Kevin Jeffrey's signs and some were "No Weber" signs. So being the Corruptions Busters we are, we decided to find one of these signs and we picked a "NO WEBER" sign on Graham across from the Chamber of Commerce building. We enjoyed good conversation and coffee across from the sign for a couple of hours and to our chagrin who do you think we captured on video taking the sign Councilman Peter Weber, in shorts, tennis shoes and a shirt walking toward the sign and ripped it down, he ran to his car and drove away. We haven't caught the people who are taking down the Kevin Jeffery’s for Supervisor, but one day we will catch them in the act. We believe as John Adams did, 'TRUTH PREVAILS".
We are concerned about what we witnessed, when a local City Councilman does questionable acts. Where are the freedoms which John Adams and so many others fought for us in particular 'FREEDOM OF SPEECH". We have seen "NO 32" signs all over Lake Elsinore alone with, yard sales, guitar lesson, RV storage, maid service signs, you get the picture. We are scratching our heads and asking, "WHERE'S THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH IN LAKE ELSINORE".
