Earthquake Strikes Southern California's Inland Empire

A magnitude-3.1 earthquake has struck just south of Redlands and five miles northeast of Moreno Valley, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The temblor was recorded at 12:11 p.m. local time.

There are no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
