On May 13, Mimi’s Café in Temecula hosted a dinner for the group.

The group also takes part in many local parades and hosts memorials throughout the region.

Future fundraising events are being planned, including an October 24 golf tournament at Bear Creek Golf Course in Murrieta. It is a coed event and the cost is $125 per golfer. The funds raised will go toward scholarships for the youth groups that Southwest Riverside County Detachment 1057 supports.
