Power Outage Expected To Last 24 Hours

Repair crews were headed to the area by 5:14 a.m. to investigate the outage and its cause. The estimated time for restoration of the power is 3 a.m. Tuesday, Edison said.

A power outage affecting 636 homes and businesses in the Lake Elsinore area began about 3 a.m. and could last up to 24 hours, according to Southern California Edison.

The outage is located over an area near Railroad Canyon Road, east of Interstate 15 and south of the Tuscany Hills housing development.
