Bank of America is hosting a free, three-day customer outreach event where Bank of America customers can meet face-to-face with home retention specialists to review options for home loan modifications or other alternatives to foreclosure, as well as review loan modification files already in progress.
Bank of America customers can register online or by phone. The website also contains a full list of documents customers should bring based on their situation.
