Rick Munoz says that it is his business.  Am told that he has been in Minnesota for a lengthy time. I am out of the area. I understand that Lake Elsinore is a very friendly community. Need assistance due to serious  concerns.  His address is 32496 Mission Trail.

Any and all info would be helpful regarding Rick Munoz or an apparent accountant brother named Roger Munyon sending emails from Rick Munoz's email address unwilling to provide his business contact info or license info.
