Easy & Effective Video Marketing Methods

Video marketing is by far the best way to increase website traffic.  There are many types of videos that you can create to market your business, and I will be show you how you can gain exposure for your business using some simple techniques.

You do not need fancy equipment and to create nice videos that show off your business.  If you have a large budget then go ahead and purchase the equipment needed for video production but you can use Google+ Hangouts for videos located in your Google+ account.

Video Marketing for  Business Promotion

  • Do an introductory promotional video of you and your business.  Introduce yourself, your company name and what products and services offer.  Talk about special offers you have, list your contact information and website.  Not more that 3 minutes in length.
  • Do a product or service promotional video featuring your best selling product or service and  give tips on how to use it, list the benefits and tell your viewer how their lives will be better by using it.  
  • Do a hang out with 3 to 4 of your clients and ask them to speak about how your products or services have made their life better, this is basically a testimonial video
  • Do an interview with an expert in a lateral profession that compliments your profession.  Make it interesting by asking each other questions and giving tips about your specialty products or services. There are many other creative ideas you will be able to come up with for video creation.
Video marketing has many advantages and now that Google owns YouTube and they are integrated in Google+, you would be missing out on a great marketing and promotion opportunity if you ignore video marketing. Optimize your videos in YouTube for maximum exposure. 
Let people find your videos by adding keywords to the front of your titles in the videos you upload.

Keywords in title
Make sure to add your primary keywords at the front of the title because the first 55 characters are seen in search results.  Put your call to action here and be concise when writing the title. Use your primary and secondary keyword phrases and as many as possible.  YouTube favors lots of keywords because it makes your video easier to discover.  Write your title like a Headline so it entices viewers to click and watch. Don’t repeat keywords in the title - it won’t help and be sure not to practice keyword spamming. YouTube says its OK to use different keywords as long as they are relevant  to your topic.  So go ahead and use as many keywords related to your topic as possible while making sense to the reader and compelling them to take action.

Keywords in description
Write a long and thorough description for your videos.  You have up to 5000 characters so take full advantage of this opportunity to use your most important keywords in the beginning and throughout the body.  Add a link by typing in http://www.mysite.com this will create a link for you.
Don’t spam using keywords but take time to craft a long and complete description using primary and secondary keywords and other related keywords.  A well written description will help viewer find your video and learn about what you are conveying in it.
