OPEN LETTER TO WILDOMAR CITY COUNCIL AND MANAGER

Citizens of Wildomar the time is now!

This letter is being posted here and will hopefully be posted on other’s sites, blogs, facebook, etc asking our City leaders to consider this proposal. Please cut and paste into your e-mail and send to the provided addresses. Please send a copy to each council member as well as the City Manager.

I am asking for the City Council to bring forth a resolution forming a Parks, Recreation and Trails Commission for these purposes.
1. Advise the City Council on matters within their area of interest; 2. Enable more attention to be given to specific issues and problems; 3. Act as a channel of communication between City government and the public; 4. Provide a greater opportunity for citizen participation in the affairs of City government, and, 5. Make decisions on matters where the City Council has granted them authority to act.
