QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT A WILDOMAR PARK IS OR ISN’T

Seeing as how the City of Wildomar refuses to conduct proper meetings so the citizens can have input as to what a Wildomar park is or isn't.  I will ask my own questions here in a blog about various subjects and let people weigh in.
1. One of the most heard reasons for Wildomar having parks is so the children have a place to go and recreate out of doors.
Question, is there going to be Wi-Fi available. Wi-Fi you say? Think about it, we have a generation of children that would rather play games on their computers, phones, hand held devices, etc than go outside. How is a parent going to get them to want to go to the park? Tell them there is Wi-Fi available and the task just got easier, once there then its up to the event coordinator that is getting paid 100 grand a year to make sure there is something for them to do.
2. One of the parks has an area set aside as a dog area.
Question, is someone going to be there to make sure the dogs entering are licensed when less than 30% of the dogs in Riverside County are licensed.
Question, is there going to be an ongoing disinfection program, monthly, quarterly, annually conducted to prevent the spread of disease in this dog area. If so what process.
3. Plants in the park, the city not long ago required all new construction to plant only water wise plants. The State of California is currently expecting all water districts to comply with the 20X2020 plan which requires a 20% reduction in per capita urban water use statewide by 2020, a plan which EVMWD is failing at miserably.
Question, why are there not more if not all California native plants and why did we plant invasive plants. Question, grass, what type and why. The water bill for keeping the grass green is going to continue to go up even when reclaimed water is available, which currently only one park has it available. Are the other parks on a schedule to get it? What about artificial turf? California is currently in a drought situation and this city has done nothing to reduce water usage in areas like the entrance to the Windsong Tract at Cervera Rd. its just easier to jack up the CSD fee by 2% every year so why would anyone think it will be any different with the parks, just easier to come back and ask for more money.
Question, two of the parks have riparian areas, one a creek the other a drainage easement. Are there going to be riparian features in these areas of the parks.
4. Restrooms, currently only one park has restrooms.
Question, Windsong park is in a housing development with a working sewer system. Why is this park still operating on portable toilets. Regency Park has nothing unless the school is open. Why?
5. The new Wildomar parks website http://www.cityofwildomarparks.org/ says Welcome to the City of Wildomar - The gateway to the Santa Rosa Plateau in Southwest Riverside County.
Question, why are we the gateway to somewhere else, especially when the only way there is to drive.
Question, Vision Statement and Mission Statement, who came up with them. There pretty lame.
Question, are there any trails leading from any of our parks to anywhere else. No, why not? I currently have a blog about a trail that cost $171,000 for nothing more than chicken scratch on paper. Something the city was supposed to have held meeting on according to the County of Riverside.
Question, why is there a layout plan for only one park. Question, the trails map, what is up with that? If you can find a particular trail on it you must have some pretty good eyesight.

The questions go on and on with no place other than a blog to ask them.
