WELCOME TO WILDOMAR WHERE YOUR RIGHTS HAVE BEEN TERMINATED

(i) To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner, for itself and for each of its successors and assigns as owners or lessees of all or any portion of the Designated Property, hereby waives any right to exercise the initiative power that may be authorized in California Constitution Article XIIIC, Section 3, or as otherwise may be permitted under California law, to reduce, modify, appeal or shorten the term of the Special Taxes.
This clause is found in Resolution 2012-13-060 adopted by the Lake Elsinore Unified School District on June 20, 2013 which established CFD 2013-2. This CFD (Mello Roos) was recently adopted by the Wildomar City Council as part of a Developer Agreement. This Developer Agreement also established a City Wide Mello Roos District which is now a condition of approval for all future developments in the City of Wildomar.
