Animal Friends of the Valley Looking at New Options

Good conservative leadership is bringing positive changes to Friends of The Valley.

Under the leadership of Lake Elsinore Councilman Brian Tisdale and the rest of the board it looks as if things will be getting better at the local animal shelter.  They are now united  in efforts to counter animal overpopulation and euthanasia at the shelter and possibly a holiday on licensing fees.    Anything the board can do to lower expenses is always positive in my eyes.
