Complaint to EVMWD
Dear sirs, I really cannot believe that because of an oversight on my part from moving here from Los Angeles that I misplaced my rental agreement, you will not turn on my service. I have a family with 3 children and this is very dehumanizing for them. We really do not know this area very well and the people but I see the services would rather let a family live in an unsustainable, unsanitary manner because of a piece of paper. Thanks for you inability to help me in this matter. Hopefully you will see this on every blog and city forum that I am able to write reviews and comments on. Sincerely, Jay Brown, "potential customer"
