Dead Landscaping

It is so sad to drive around and see beautiful homes that have stopped watering and their hard work and dollars is dying a slow death in their landscaping. Maybe when the water district figures out that their payers are not going to pay their extorted fee's for water and they start losing money they will figure out a way to get water to us!!!!!!!! EVMWD/Metropolitan what
did you spend the Grant money on that was given to you by the fed's a few years back to bring water to SW Riverside County????
