Eyewitness

In Mr. Mounts fifth encounter with the police he fired several vollies over a span of 15 minutes.  Swat tried for several hours to get Mr. Mount to surrender.  When he finally came out he was brandishing a rifle.  He was ordered to drop the weapon several times, and did not comply, before he was shot and wounded by the deputies.  Because he has violent psychotic breaks triggered simply by an opinion, a word or an action he doesn't agree with, he should not be let  out amongst the public.
