Many of us are out hiking and enjoying the outdoors including our own backyards this time of the year and we should all be aware of deer ticks and the possibility of Lyme disease. If you get bit by a deer tick you may not get Lyme disease. Some doctors say the black legged tick must be on you for 38 to 48 hours. If you do get bit look for symptoms like the bulls-eye rash and flu like symptoms, aches, etc. etc. If you get symptoms you should see your doctor.
