Southwest Detention Center in Riverside California has refused to give David Hanley his medication for his shot off arm and for his bad heart.I was on the phone for 35 minutes with my brother as he asked repeatedly for his medication. David Hanley told one of the deputies that he was having chest pains and shortness of breath. I was one the phone for 35 minutes and no help for a man who is having a heart attract. I called the jail and left a message asking for help for my brother.
