5 Arrested In Chop Shop Bust

Four men and a woman have been booked on drug and stolen vehicle charges after being found with a stolen vehicle in Jurupa Valley, authorities said today.

The arrests followed the discovery of a stolen Acura Integra, which was in the process of being dismantled at a mobile home park on the 3800 block of Crestmore Road around 4:10 p.m. Wednesday, according to Jurupa Valley police Sgt. Justin Rowan.

Three of the suspects were stripping the vehicle, Rowan said. Two others were detained after methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and parts from the stolen car were found in a nearby mobile home.
