Four men and a woman have been booked on drug and stolen vehicle charges after being found with a stolen vehicle in Jurupa Valley, authorities said today.

The arrests followed the discovery of a stolen Acura Integra, which was in the process of being dismantled at a mobile home park on the 3800 block of Crestmore Road around 4:10 p.m. Wednesday, according to Jurupa Valley police Sgt. Justin Rowan.

Three of the suspects were stripping the vehicle, Rowan said. Two others were detained after methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and parts from the stolen car were found in a nearby mobile home.

Rowan identified those charged as Steven Allen Jenkins, 34, Jennifer Elizabeth Jenkins, 40, and Michael Allen Cardoza, 23, all of Jurupa Valley; Jason Robert Dines, 32, of Fontana, and Bradley Michael Parker, 19, of Riverside.

Rowan said the investigation is continuing.

Anyone with information about the incident should contact Officer Julie Parker at the Jurupa Valley Station on (951) 955-2600.

Don't you need a shop to have a "Chop shop"? Chop Shop implies forethought. Stripping a car in a trailer park...Not so much
