An alleged convict was arrested in Lake Elsinore Sunday on suspicion of burglary and theft, according to jail records.
Anthony John Moreno, 37, was arrested in the 100 block of S. Spring Street shortly after 1 p.m., the records show.
He was booked into Southwest Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday, according to the records.
