Alleged Theft Ring Busted In Lake Elsinore

Each man is being held by the sheriff's department in lieu of $35,000 bail, according to jail records.

Police arrested four men Tuesday night on suspicion of committing various crimes, including grand theft.

According to jail records, all four suspects were arrested at 6 p.m. Tuesday; three were picked up in the 18000 block of Lakeshore Drive in Lake Elsinore while the fourth man was nabbed near the 215 Freeway at SR 74.

All the arrests were made by investigators stationed out of Lake Elsinore.

Justin Joseph Carter, 27, Warren Anthony Dilallo, 39, and Brian John Udink, 40, were all arrested at the Lakeshore location and booked into Southwest Detention Center on suspicion of the following:

Carter: conspiracy to commit a felony, grand theft, receiving stolen property

Dilallo: conspiracy to commit a felony, grand theft, receiving stolen property, residential burglary, vandalism

Udink: conspiracy to commit a felony, grand theft, receiving stolen property, residential burglary, vandalism, reckless driving, driving on a suspended license, open alcohol container in vehicle

Each man is being held by the sheriff's department in lieu of $35,000 bail, according to jail records.

Michael Salinas, 24, was also arrested in connection with the case. He was picked up at the 215 Freeway and SR 74 on suspicion of conspiracy to commit a felony, residential burglary, receiving stolen property, vandalism and grand theft, jail records show. He is also being held at Southwest Detention Center in lieu of $35,000 bail.

Carter is due in court March 22; the three other men are scheduled to appear Jan. 25, according to the jail records.
