Armed Bandits Pull Off Heist In Lake Elsinore

The suspects were described as white males; two of the suspects were wearing what appeared to be law enforcement uniforms, which included badges, radios, utility belts, and both were armed.

Three men carrying handguns and a shotgun, and dressed as law enforcement, are suspects in an early morning Lake Elsinore robbery.

According to a report, at approximately 2:25 a.m. this morning officers were dispatched to a 911 call regarding a burglary in progress in the 200 block of Silver Street.

The caller reportedly told the 911 dispatcher that three white male subjects were at his residence armed with handguns.

According to the report, the suspects forced entry into the garage of the residence, removed a custom motorcycle, and loaded it into an enclosed trailer.

Officers arrived on scene within a few minutes, but the suspects had already fled, according to the report.

The third suspect was wearing a beanie, a dark leather jacket, and was armed with a pistol-grip shotgun.

The suspect vehicles were described as a dark-colored full-sized sedan and a dark extra cab pickup with an attached white enclosed dual axle trailer.

Surveillance video was obtained from the victim residence and still photos were obtained (see attached).
