Trial for Wildomar residents Summer Sharmaine Stephens, 39, and Anthony Garcia, 33, has been reset to March 13, court records show. Trial for the pair was set to begin last week, but a new defense attorney is coming in for Stephens and Garcia's attorney was unavailable, according to Riverside County District Attorney spokesman John Hall.

Garcia is charged with murdering a Wildomar man whose body was discovered in an abandoned Wildomar residence in September 2012. Stephens is charged with aiding and abetting the crime. A third suspect -- a 13-year-old, gender and name undisclosed -- was also arrested in the case.
