Burglary: Officers responded to the 600 block of Walnut Dr. regarding a burglary and arrested Michelle Boyes (age 53 of Lake Elsinore) and Jeremy Noe (age 24 of Lake Elsinore) for stealing items from their neighbor’s home.   L110610011

Weapons Violation/Possession of Stolen Property: Officers conducted a pedestrian check at Central x Dexter and arrested Virgil Howard (age 49 of Lake Elsinore) for possessing a stolen hand gun which was concealed and loaded.   L110610105

 

03/03/11 Possession of Methamphetamine: Officers conducted a vehicle stop at Grand x Jamieson and arrested Raul Rodriguez (age 28 of Lake Elsinore) for drug possession.   L110620060

 

03/04/11 Hit-and-Run:  Officers responded to the area of Diamond Dr. x I15 regarding a traffic collision and arrested Terrence Fields (age 24 of Menifee) for felony hit-and-run.  L110630007

Burglary:  Officers responded to a theft call at the AM/PM on Lakeshore Dr. and arrested Marquis Winn (age 20 of Lake Elsinore) for burglary.   L110630023 

Drug Possession:  Officers responded to the 40 block of Del Pizzoli regarding a suspicious person and arrested Ronald Hartley (age 49 of Lake Elsinore) on numerous drug-related charges.  L110630030

Armed Robbery / Assault with a Deadly Weapon

Richard Martinez, age 57

Details:

On March 2, at 1:01 AM, officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Riley Street, city of Lake Elsinore, reference a report of a female subject stabbed with a knife. Upon arriving on scene, officers located the victim inside her residence. The victim had several stab wounds present on her upper torso. According to the victim, she was inside her residence when confronted by the suspect who demanded money. When the victim refused, a physical altercation ensued resulting in the victim being stabbed. She was subsequently transported to Inland Valley Hospital. Her injuries were determined to be non-life threatening.   During the course of the investigation, officers identified transient Richard Martinez (age 57) to be the suspect. Martinez had fled the scene, prior to the arrival of officers. Although an intensive search of the area was conducted, the suspect could not be located. At 6:10 AM, officers observed the suspect walking in the area of Lakeshore Drive and Manning. The suspect was subsequently taken into custody without incident. Student with Gun on School Campus

Details:

On Wednesday, March 02, 2011 at 7:30 AM before the start of school, Lake Elsinore Police school resource officers along with Lake Elsinore Police patrol officers responded to Lakeside High School regarding a former student on campus armed with a knife and shotgun. Officers immediately responded to the school and were able to locate the student and take the student into custody without incident.

The officers immediately followed proper protocol and conducted their investigation. During the investigation, officers learned the student had a shotgun, knives and ammunition in his possession. The student was transported to the Lake Elsinore Police Department for further investigation and then booked into Juvenile Hall on charges of possession of weapons on school grounds.

Through the immediate actions of the Lakeside High School staff and police officers from the Lake Elsinore Police Department, this incident was de-escalated quickly and ended peacefully.

Details:

On Saturday, March 5, 2011 at 1405 hours, Lake Elsinore police officers responded to the 16700 block of Lakeshore Drive, Lake Elsinore, in reference to a stabbing. The victim was located inside a nearby business bleeding from a stab wound to his left leg. Lake Elsinore officers located the suspect nearby and he was taken into custody without incident. The victim, 46 years old, was transported to a local hospital for the stab wound.

The suspect is identified as Dale Maynard, 41-years old. Both Maynard and the victim are transients from Lake Elsinore.

The investigation revealed that the suspect and victim were sitting next to each other in a nearby alley when they began to argue. Maynard produced a large folding blade knife and stabbed the victim in the leg.

Maynard was arrested for the crime and booked into the South West Detention Center for 245 (a)(1) PC, Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

03/05/11 Possession of Methamphetamine:  Officers conducted a vehicle stop at Central x Cervera and arrested Melissa Gonzales (age 28 of Wildomar) upon finding methamphetamine in her possession.   WI110640023

Rape/Parole Violation:  Officers responded to the 20000 block of Union St. and arrested Cornelius Campbell (age 49 of Wildomar) for rape and violation of parole.  WI110640024   

 

03/06/11 Domestic Violence:  Officers responded to the 33000 block of Wagon Train Dr. regarding a disturbance and arrested Candice Samson (age 27 of Wildomar) for assaulting her husband.   WI110650005

03/08/11 Unlawful Sexual Intercourse:  Officers responded to the 33000 block of Loquat St. and arrested Hector Gonzalez (age 21 of Wildomar) for having intercourse with a female under age 18. WI110670006
