Coroner Releases Identity Of Man Killed In Wildomar Crash

The 24-year-old Lake Elsinore man was not wearing a safety belt, according to the coroner's office.

A man killed in a crash Thursday morning has been identified as a Lake Elsinore resident, authorities are reporting.

Daniel Medina, 24, was killed after he lost control of the four-door sedan he was driving in the 21600 block of Grand Avenue in Wildomar.

The crash was reported at 2:36 a.m.; Medina was pronounced dead at 2:50 a.m., according to the Riverside County Coroner’s Office.

Medina was ejected from the car, which rolled several times before crashing through a block wall at a residence; he was not wearing a safety belt, according to the coroner’s office.
