Crews Tackle Small House Fire In Wildomar

The fire broke out about 2 p.m. in the 34500 block of Orange Street in Wildomar.

A fire erupted this afternoon in a Wildomar home, damaging part of a single-story residence before crews got it under control.

No injuries were reported in connection with the blaze, which broke out about 2 p.m. in the 34500 block of Orange Street, according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.

Five engine crews, numbering around 15, battled the flames for about 15 minutes before the blaze was knocked down.

Damage was confined to a back room of the 1,500-square-foot property, according to a Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department report.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
