Family Of Freeway Worker Killed On Interstate Suing Caltrans And CHP
Police said Connor Penhall, 21, of Corona, died after an Arcadia man drove through a construction zone.
The family of a Corona man, who was struck and killed by a vehicle while working on Interstate 10 in Baldwin Park last year, has filed a lawsuit against Caltrans and the California Highway Patrol.
