Fire Breaks Out in Lake Elsinore Home

Twenty-one firefighters from five engine companies and one truck company put the fire out by 12:15 a.m., a fire official said.

Part of a three-story house burned Monday morning in Lake Elsinore, a Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman said.

The fire at the house at Terra Cotta and Lincoln streets was first reported at 11:50 p.m. Sunday, said Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson.

"The first arriving engine company reported a three-story single family residence with the three-car attached garage well-involved with fire," Hendrickson said.
