Fire Burns Vacant Lake Elsinore Home

The blaze was reported at 11:23 p.m. at 1040 E. Lakeshore Drive, according to a Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department report.

A fire that broke out in a vacant home in Lake Elsinore Monday night is under investigation, according to officials.

Twenty-two firefighters battled the blaze that took about 20 minutes to contain.

According to the Cal Fire report, about 30 percent of the single-story 1,500-square-foot home was damaged by the blaze.

There were no injuries reported.
