UPDATE: Fire Reported Near Lake Elsinore-Wildomar Border
The blaze was reported around noon and was fully contained within minutes.
A small brush fire reported at Grape Street and Sedco Heights near the Lake Elsinore-Wildomar border slowed traffic on the 15 Freeway as spectators decelerated to view the smoke and flames.
But fire crews quickly contained the spot fire, which burned less than a quarter acre, according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Cheri Patterson.
The blaze was reported around noon and was fully contained within minutes, Patterson said.

Grape Street was shut down temporarily.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
