Firefighters In Lake Elsinore Make Quick Work On Blaze

The house fire, reported at 11:28 a.m. Friday in the 1100 block of Cleveland Court, was contained in about 15 minutes.

Firefighters quickly contained a house fire in Lake Elsinore today.

The blaze, reported at 11:28 a.m. in the 1100 block of Cleveland Court, was contained in about 15 minutes, according to a report from Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson.

Upon arrival at the scene, firefighters reported light smoke coming from the roof of the single story, single family residence, according to Hendrickson.

The fire was contained to an attic fan and there were no reports of injuries, Hendrickson said, noting that firefighters were expecting to remain on scene until approximately 1 p.m. today.

Good reminder to check all your electrical wiring etc... especially on all those older homes. }~)
