Police Still Trying To Find Rightful Owners Of Stolen Property

, according to Sgt. Lisa McConnell of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.

If you were a victim, police are trying to find you: Public viewings of the recovered goods are still being scheduled at the Perris Police Department in an effort to return the items to their rightful owners, McConnell said.

A private viewing can be scheduled by calling Investigator Omar Rodriguez at the Perris Police Department at (951) 210-1053, or by emailing PerrisStation@riversidesheriff.org.

“The Perris Police Department is still trying to locate the rightful owners of recovered stolen property found in a home on Willow Brook Lane, in the city of Perris on October 4, 2012,” McConnell said. “The recovered stolen property includes firearms, jewelry, construction equipment, welding equipment, air compressors, televisions, cameras, computers, smart phones and numerous tools.”

but police have still not located all the rightful owners of the property.

Perris resident Benigno Jose Rodriguez, 40, was arrested at the location for drug possession and possession of stolen property, McConnell reported.
