1:10 p.m. at Grand Avenue in Lakeland Village: 32-year-old white male arrested on suspicion of narcotics possession, possession of marijuana; also arrested 23-year-old white male on suspicion of narcotics possession

4:55 p.m. at Spring Street in Lake Elsinore: 27-year-old white female arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia

6:35 p.m. at Hickory in Wildomar: 44 year-old white male arrested on suspicion of possession and being under the influence of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property, violation of probation, violation of a condition of post-release supervision
