1:36 a.m. in Lake Elsinore at Mission Trail and Malaga Road: 28-year-old Hispanic male arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol
3:30 a.m. in Temescal Valley at Temescal Canyon Road: 19-year-old Hispanic male arrested by a deputy from the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station for being under the influence of a controlled substance
