Unfortunately Menifee, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore are infested with these types and also gangbanger's, gangbanger wannabe's, taggers and misguided, aimless, issue plagued individuals. Too bad for those that are productive citizens, live there and are surrounded by the blight.

Rosetta Canyon seems to be an area in Lake Elsinore that doesn't have a crime issues or tagging...Thank goodness.... there is some very ruff spots around Elsinore.
