July 4 Alcohol And Drug Crackdown Nets Local Arrests

Here is what the jail records reveal ...

A holiday crackdown on drunk and drugged driving was in force this July 4 holiday.

Looking at jail records for July 4 and the early morning hours of July 5, police made several arrests in and around Lake Elsinore and Wildomar involving driving under the influence, as well as disorderly conduct involving drugs and alcohol. Fortunately, police did not report any local fatalities.

CHP arrested Russell Mark Ruuti, 32, in Lakeland Village for DUI late Tuesday night; he was booked into Southwest Detention Center early July 4.

Lake Elsinore PD nabbed Scott Michael Vincent, 21, in the 200 block of Diamond Drive in Lake Elsinore for disorderly conduct and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Canyon Lake had a disorderly conduct involving alcohol. Paris Laijon Booker, 21, and Cheryl Ann Hepinger, 27, were both arrested by deputies at Sunset Beach-The Lodge at Canyon Lake.

Shane Daniel Harvey Watts, 36, was arrested by Lake Elsinore deputies for disorderly conduct involving drugs and alcohol in the 32000 block of Marden Lane.

Jasin Samir Frljuckic, 23, was arrested by CHP at Temescal Canyon and Magnolia Avenue for DUI.

Hilary Dawn Debry, 23, was arrested for DUI early Thursday morning at Canyon Lake Drive, north of Railroad Canyon.

Melissa Ann Gortney, 25, was arrested early Thursday morning in the 17000 block of Arch Street in Lake Elsinore for disorderly conduct involving drugs and alcohol.

Drey Warner White, 18, was arrested early Thursday morning near Lakeland Village for disorderly conduct involving drugs and alcohol.

Naithen Albert Guerrero, 23, was arrested late Wednesday night in Lakeland Village in the 15000 block of Grand Avenue for disorderly conduct involving drugs and alcohol.
