A 52-year-old Lake Elsinore man has died following injuries he sustained in a November crash, the coroner’s office is reporting.

Jeffrey Adnoff was pronounced dead 3:40 p.m. Sunday afternoon at Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar, according to the Riverside County coroner’s office.

Adnoff was injured in a solo-vehicle crash on Riverside Drive at 12:35 p.m. Nov. 20. According to the coroner’s report, he lost control of the pickup truck he was driving, veered across the road, and collided into a telephone pole about 400 feet south of Robertson Street. He was not wearing a safety belt, according to the report.

Southern California Edison was called to the crash scene to repair the pole and the road was shut down for several hours on Nov. 20.
