Lake Elsinore Sheriff's Station Captain To Host Town Hall Meetings

“These events are open to all members of the community and anyone interested in learning about the law enforcement issues in their area is encouraged to attend.”

Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station Captain Dave Fontneau has consistently put out the message that he believes in having open dialogue with the community.

To that end, the captain will host two Town Hall meetings next week.

“These events are open to all members of the community and anyone interested in learning about the law enforcement issues in their area is encouraged to attend,” according to a news release from the station. “These meetings will provide an opportunity for citizens to meet Captain Fontneau and his staff who will discuss the services offered to county residents and update the community on crime and incident statistics relevant to their area. He will also provide updates on staffing levels and response times.”

  • The first meeting will be held on Monday, June 4 at 6:30 p.m., at the Moses Schaffer Community Center located at 21565 Steele Peak Drive, Perris. The information presented in this meeting will be geared toward the residents of the Meadowbrook and Good Hope communities.
  • A second Town Hall meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 5 at 6:30 p.m., in the multipurpose room at Lakeland Village Middle School located at 18730 Grand Avenue, Lake Elsinore. The information presented in this meeting will be geared toward the residents of the Lakeland Village and Santa Rosa Plateau communities.

For additional information, contact Lieutenant Jim Adams at the Lake Elsinore Station at (951) 245-3300. After hours and on weekends, call (951) 776-1099.
