Man Found Dead At Lake Elsinore Motel

Deputies were called to the Travel Inn motel on Auto Center Drive to investigate the death of a man Saturday.

A man was found dead Saturday in a Travel Inn motel room, according to sheriff's deputies but foul play was not immediately suspected.

Sheriff's deputies were called about 11:45 a.m. to the motel at 31610 Auto Center Drive to investigate the report of a deceased man in a room, sheriff's Cpl. Courtney Donowho told Patch.

Riverside County firefighters were initially called but were canceled soon after, a spokesperson said.

A coroner's investigator was expected at the scene.

I knew this man, and he was the sweetest man you ever could meet. He worked at Walmart for years. He told my husband that he won the lottery supposedly $5000.00 a week for life. I do believe someone killed him for his money. He had only gotten 2 disbursements and then dead. So don't speak on something you know nothing about Diana.

Sean was a wonderful & caring person that would make sure you were ok if you were sick. He was loved in a neighborhood that gave him odd jobs that not only helped you out but helped him out. He had the most beautiful blue eyes that hid his pain. He will be missed. Cheryl

I am Sean's brother Tim. Thank you all for the kind and thoughtful words about my brother Sean. I will be coming out to claim his remains and property soon. At that time we will post an obituary in the Lake Elsinore paper and online for a service. If you wish to contact me at tim@timgaskin.net or 800 299-4595. Thank you!
